Return Policy:

- Items purchased on cannot be returned to our stores.

- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days in unused, like-new with tags attached in 100% salable condition and in original manufacturers packaging.

- A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.

-  Full Price and items up to 40% Off are available to receive full return credit in the method paid.  Items at 45% off (or above) are available to receive only store credit toward future purchase  up to one year. Items 50% off and above will incur an $8.00 dollar flat rate shipping fee in the continental U.S.  International shipping fees apply.  

- Items 60% off and higher are final sale and not returnable for refund or store credit.  

- A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles. Credit can be given in the form of a Shop At Platinum Gift Card upon request. Please call (our number) to request a credit via gift card.

-Please remember to include the order number on your return label

- International returns fees will be paid by customer.

- Sale items are priced as final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

Refund Policy:

Returns: If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase through this site, or your shipment is damaged, and you would like to return it, we will refund the purchase amount on the credit card used for the purchase, or on a Gift Card.
A pre-paid return label will be sent to customer.

1. Simply repack the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible); be sure to include the packing slip, as this contains the information we will need to identify the order and issue a credit to the correct credit cardIF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL OR A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED! 

2. Contact us by email at or call the toll free number for the Storefront Client from whom you purchased the product product for further shipping instructions. We may issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) or a UPS Call Tag, depending on the specific policies of the Storefront in question. 

3. Include the original packing slip in the shipment and return to the following return shipping address:

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel any order, reserves the right to cancel any order due to Price changes, Suspicious transaction, System error or Human error.

We understand that circumstances may arise that will require you to cancel an order. A cancellation fee may be charged if the order cancellation is not received before items we're shipped. 

If your order was already shipped, please return items upon receipt. once items are received by us a refund will be credited to your account within 1-2 business cycles.

If items were not shipped yet we will issue an immediate refund. (please allow 1-2 business cycle for credit to appear in your bank account).
